The ACS in Clothing Production Management is intended for individuals with leadership abilities who would like to manage apparel production as well as the infrastructure that surrounds the production process.

An ACS in Clothing Production Management will provide you with all the expertise required to succeed in the industry:

Implement, organise and control production
Balance operation
Plan manpower usage
Determine production costs
Manage productivity improvement projects
Quality Control:
Organise and manage a quality control service
Administration:
Plan and manage an operations budget
Provide accounting for purchases, inventory and material resources
Management:
Coordinate services
Train and manage human resources
Manage production costs
Personnel Training:
Organise and manage a personnel training service
Engineering:
Select plant equipment and production methods
Maintain production equipment
