Program Outline

As an early childhood educator, you will work with children from 0 to 5 years old. Your responsibilities include the children's safety, valuating their needs (hygiene, comfort, sleep, nutrition...) and assuring they are met suitably, as well as general supervision and assuring the relevance of any interventions.

However, childhood educators must oversee more than the basic physical needs of the children under their care. The psychological and educational needs must also be met. Therefore, teamwork in an advisory capacity with parents and/or guardians is also called for.
