Tomorrow's restaurant professionals are trained at LaSalle College under the direction of a renowned executive chef and a group of seasoned, passionate professionals from the hospitality industry. The Fuchsia dining room is a rallying point for passionate people. The students are excited to welcome their guests, and discriminating gourmets appreciate the classic, courteous service, the innovative cuisine and the depth of knowledge underlying food choices and preparation.

Institutional cooking
