Program Outline

A DCS in Network Management will transform you into a networking specialist, working with the leading names in the industry (CISCO, Microsoft, Novell, etc.)

Upon completion of your training, you will have the knowledge necessary to complete the technical installation of a local, Internet or extranet network.

Your training program will allow you to acquire the following concepts:


Network theory
Local and long-distance network technologies
LAN and WAN network interconnection equipment (telecommunications services, CISCO equipment configuration, etc.)
Local network implementation (Novell Netware, Windows Server, Linux)
Network administration and management
Network operating software
Network security and maintenance

With your DCS in Network Management, you will be able to fulfill the following tasks:

Maintain, manage, and install a computer network
Install and configure network workstations
Install and configure servers using Novell, Windows 2000/XP and Unix platforms
Manage a computer network and monitor system security
