Program Outline

This program opens the door to a full range of exciting professions. It was designed for people who have already been in the workforce, and are looking to leverage their experience by learning the latest project management methods, which are recognized and can be practised anywhere in the world.

In the PROJECT MANAGEMENT program, you will acquire such internationally acknowledged skills as:
Using software to develop, plan, track and complete projects.
Applying PROJECT MANAGEMENT processes according to a structured template.
Mastering current PROJECT MANAGEMENT tools such as Gantt, Pert and CPM organigrams.
Choosing appropriate management methods for the respective corporate cultures.
Managing a project from its earliest phases through planning and control to follow-up.

Program Content

The PROJECT MANAGEMENT program comprises three courses that can be taken days or evenings, for a total of
180 hours over one semester. All courses are interactive and focus on case studies, realistic simulations of work
situations, and fulfilling mandates in a work environment.
Introduction to project management 90 hours
Project-management software 45 hours
Internship 45 hours
Total:
180 hours

Prerequisites:
To have completed two years of postsecondary studies or have five years of work experience.
