The Real-Estate Evaluator / Estimator ACS is for you!

This first-rate training program will allow you to acquire a great deal of knowledge, enabling you to work in two fields:

•	Construction appraisal
•	Real-estate appraisal

Construction Estimator

As a technician in construction appraisal, your job will be to make a detailed study of a construction project based on plans and specifications. This work is done in collaboration with an accredited appraiser.

Real-Estate Evaluator

As a technician in real-estate appraisal, your job will be to determine the market value of property. This work is done in collaboration with an accredited appraiser.

For the purpose of selling, purchasing, taxation or the liquidation of capital, real-estate appraisers determine the value of…

•	Estates,
•	Other properties

Appraisers may also determine the value of personal assets and household items.
